Chapter Synopsis
Kasen states that sorcerer clans like the Sazanami Clan have abounded across the nation since ancient times, their activities and sorcery in general only known in the underworld. The Seitei War brought the existence of sorcery to public knowledge, prompting sorcery activities to increase. Order was brought about by the Kamunabi , backed by the government, but while they were strong, they had very little history compared to the dominant clans.
