Chapter Synopsis
Within the elevator, Ichiki states that based on what Hakuri had said, the transportation process had a pre-requisite of registration, accomplished by channeling spirit energy into the item to be transported. He comments that the seal on Shinuchi was already broken when it was sold at the Rakuzaichi, and thus given Shinuchi had been registered, Kyora had poured spirit energy into Shinuchi earlier than when he had used it. Hence, simply inserting one's spirit energy wasn't enough to use Shinuchi; one would also need a strong desire to use it.
