Chapter Synopsis
It is stated by Seiichi Samura that history has been plagued by those who would do ill, and his job was to eliminate such evildoers. That was the duty of those skilled swordsmen, to defeat evil and protect the weak. Samura admitted, however, that he feared the idea of killing people and feared the sight of sliced flesh, and his hand shook as he cleared out one group of criminals.
